Thank you for considering Mainstreet Grill for your special occasion. We are confident that you and your guests will enjoy our private dining room. The following information is provided to assist you in arranging your function. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your plans and devise a menu suited to your taste and budget. Service Charges
A 16% gratuity charge and 6.5% sales tax charge will be applied to all food and beverage charges.
All prices for in house dining only.
Guarantees & Menu
For all functions, the attendance must be specified 48 hours in advance. This number will be considered a definite guarantee and not subject to reduction. If no final guarantee is received, Mainstreet Grill reserves the right to use the original number on the discussed contract. Prior menu selection requested one (1) week before function.
Linens
Table cloths and table skirting are available. Our banquet manager will help you make the proper selections. Table cloths are $1.50 each. Skirting $1.50 per foot.
Decorations
You may provide your own decorations, flowers, and wedding cakes. We will be happy to work with your florist or bakery.
Confirmation Deposit
To confirm your date and time, we require a $100.00 deposit which will be applied to your total bill. If you would like a Private Room a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required unless you have 30 people or more. This confirms your time and date and private room for 2 hours. All deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellation occurs 30 days prior to your confirmed banquet date. With deposit the reservation will be held for 15 minutes after the confirmed time of your banquet.
